Orders & Shipping


All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Long Island, NY within 1-3 business days depending on your shipping service level.

Canada & USA:

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50US to Canada and the US. Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and will never have duties. Orders will include tracking without signature. Please see table below for estimated delivery timeframes once your order leaves the warehouse. 

International Orders: 

Once international orders with standard shipping have left our office, we cannot guarantee real-time tracking updates. For more information on the delivery of your package, we recommend contacting your local post office as we will not have access to any additional information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose the express shipping option.

All international orders are also subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur depends on your country.

*To qualify for free shipping, your order must be $49USD or more after discounts and promotions are applied.

Standard Shipping

Delivery times are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time.

We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. 


If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following: 

  • Verify the shipping address on your order is correct
  • Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
  • Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
  • Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence accepted it
  • Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
  • If you are ordering outside of North America, the tracking number may not update in real time in usps.com, or may not track after it has departed the USA. Please check the tracking number with your local postal service (ex. if you are from the UK, please check royal mail)

Ivo Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.

We process your order as quickly as possible, so if you need to make an adjustment or cancel your order, send a request to ivojewelry@gmail.com right away. Note that sending an email does not mean that your adjustment or cancellation is guaranteed to be processed. We will contact you as soon as we receive your email to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.
